Get yourself an OBD2 code reader so you can see if there are any fault codes stored in the ECU Someone may correct me but the 1.0 turbo 3 cylinder comes as separate coils rather than a pack like the 4 cylinder engine. Sounds like the Intellilink system needs flashing i.e. software update

You will have the older 3.0 version

VX will want to charge around £125-£150 for the privilege

You'll either have to find a suitable dent puller tool to do the job or consult with a dent repair specialist and pay them to take it out
