I am not aware of any law preventing you from adding refelctive tape to your vehicle. Commercial vehicles do it all the time.

The only issues with signage etc is when it impersonates an emergency service vehicle, or if the graphics or wording were offensive.

Nothing illegal about this in the UK, unless what is done is offensive, or immitates an emergency service vehicle

depending on how old the wheels are, and any other damage i would challenge the dealer... if they are chipped or curbed, then i think you wil have to stump up and refurb yourself... costs about £40 a corner done right

Incorrect... the general rule of thumb is that Safety Camera units are set at 10%+2, however this is not national, and whilst a Police Officer may have discretion, the automated safety camera systems do not.

They pick up speed data, what they fail to capture is poor driving.
