Re: Service tyre monitor system

The sensors should last approx. 8 years. But as with any other part on any other car, they can break prematurely

Re: Service tyre monitor system

It's one of two options.
The first option which is the most likely is that the instruments panel is bugged. It happens very often, and it resolves itself next time you start the car.
The second option is that the sensor in the tire dead. It can happen, but it is a very rare fault.

Re: Interior led lights issue

I use osram led all over my interior without problems. Also, you don't need CANBUS inside the car, because it only monitors lightning outside the car.

Re: Corsa SE Chrome Pealing from Handbrake Release Button

My car is from August 15', have done approx 37k miles, and nothing has started to peal yet.
You who are experiencing pealing, are using jewelry like rings on your fingers or anything? Because that could be the to why it's pealing.

1.4 N/A? Coil pack for sure. It's a very common fault.

Hmm, interesting.

What Facebook group is it you refer to? Is it fairly easy to dismantle the dash to swap the units over?

I don't know if the units are sealed or not, but maybe a battery replacement would be useful too.
They are sealed. Battery change is not possible.. The batteries should last at least 8 years though, so nothing to worry about.

Re: Brake pad replacement

It's the same procedure for the D and the E. Very easy job to do.
