On trying to start the car, the starter only cranks for a couple of seconds then stops before the car starts. On the dash display it says refuel, but it has plenty of fuel in it, the fuel pump is operating and there is fuel pressure at the rail. The battery is well charged and I see no corrosion on fuse box. I noticed the tray in front of the bulkhead had a large puddle of water in caused by a blocked drain hole (now cleared), yet I see nothing that could cause an issue. I've also tried a different key incase it had lost its code, but that made no difference. Anyone have any ideas?
