Hi all,
Got in my Corsa excite today to go to work... And have no sound from the intellilink system. Assumed it was my iPod but nothing from DAB, normal radio or from my phone either (therefore no calls).
Rang onstar and that worked so definitely not my speakers.

Has there been an update or anything that might have caused this? It's very frustrating!

Cheers!

Corsa 1.4 Limited Edition (66 plate) same fault
Intermittently losing sound would sometimes take 10/15 mins to regain but would cut out after 30 seconds ( including indicators)
Tried factory reset in the menus - still nothing
Disconnected the battery for a few hours - nothing
Read that the battery life could have been a cause (mine was 6 years old) - changed but no joy
Started looking into wiring looms and plug behind the dash but very reluctant to start doing that before trying everything so checked here

Tried the power button and right skip button hold (on FM radio) for 15 seconds and it worked for 12 hours then failed again

I did read that leaving memory sticks or something connected to the USB port on start up could potentially cause these issues but not always.

Ill keep trying and let you know the outcome

My 66 plate Corsa radio done a update at the weekend and then no sounds coming from the speakers or using the handfree, but you can hear that your touching the radio on the screen. My partner disconnected the battery and waited 10 mins and then the sounds are coming out the speaker now :) .... It this a common thing with the update? X

66 Plate I did the:
  • Turn Off
  • Turn ON
  • Hold Power and Right Skip Button
It DID NOT work because I was on DAB Radio. Make sure you're in FM Radio mode and not DAB As soon as I tried it in FM Radio mode I heard static through the speakers. I switch back to DAB and "Hey Presto!" Hope this helps!
The screen turns off as soon as I hold the power button.

Hi guy, can anyone please help or advise me, my corsa 1.2 radio is not working but the aux does work, I try using the Bluetooth device that you plug in through the cig lighter to tune the channel that's not working either any suggestions. Have hold down the skip and on button to rest still nothing, can it be the fuse or I need a new radio, I heard it could be the tunner. It tunning but no sound at all or radio static sound. But I get sound from the aux any help would be appreciated thanks.

Ben - genius - just did the same things and it worked. I have tried shit loads doing thi sand been driving around with no stero for 8 months before i read this. I have been to dealerships and a few other 'experts' and no joy. I had just accepted my fate and purchased a bluetooth speaker for my car. FFS!! It was as easy as you said:

1. Turn off power
2. Turn on and hold down on button whilst holding Shift Right button next to it.
EUREKA!!!!
