I have a 2015 Corsa E 1.4Sri with 29k It recently started being a bit lump at low speeds but this has now developed into quite a bad but intermittent misfire.
When at tick over there is an intermittent click/tap that seems to come from somewhere near of behind the coil pack and the car feels like its about to stall and the picks up.
I've tried to video it if anyone can help identify the issue i'd be eternally grateful. I have an OBD scanner and there are no errors codes or warning lights on.
I have exactly the same car and problem .. I know this doesn't help but I'd like to know too! It's only when it's idle not even 20k on the clock not happy!
You would need to take the lid off the top and remove the coils and check for splitting. I had one go and it started like that then amber EML then it started going into limp mode.
I've just removed the coil pack. The first (Left) plug lead internally is blue and corroded. The Left spark plug is also as bad. So I've order a set of plugs and a coil pack. Will report back
Well .. it turns out my oil filler cap was not tightened enough! Causing air leak .. how simple! 🙈
