Dash Rattle

Hi everyone.
When driving at around 60MPH it sound like the dash is rattling behind the steering wheel (left hand drive). Since it only happens at high speed is it the dashboard or could it be a windshield seal?

Hi. I saw someone on a Facebook group saying that there is something with the speedometer that makes it rattle. Message intellilinkmods on Facebook and ask him about this as he should know exactly what could it be.
