It sounds like a typical opel dealership thing. my car was also delayed and the arrival time was past the order delivery date i demanded for a loan car until my car was delivered and they loaned me one until my car arrived

They have sent a few of the documents over. All seems ok, the car was ordered 23.3 and the expected delivery date to the dealers is 30.7. The distributor has told my dealer that the car has been delayed because of high number of orders in March/April. Still waiting to see what else they will send over. I will be asking for that loan car no doubt.

So its come to this, i can either annul the contract and get my deposit back or i can push them to sell me a better car from stock for the same cash. Waiting for the Corsa has become an impossible option - work related travel, i need a car and wont be able to pick the new one up. Fingers crossed!

I had to wait 3 months for mine. Fairly standard for a factory order particularly at new model year.

I knew that as well, that is why i ordered the car 20th of March and i did so with the intention of making absolutely sure i would have the car by mid July. Now they tell me that its due 1st of August. I have an important trip planned and begin working on a project that is going to make it impossible for me to pick the car up.

Ive made a deal with the dealer and now have a loan car - its a mokka X 1.4 140hp. Im not too keen on it, to big outside and not as big inside... kind of like the Mazda CX-3 thats based on a Mazda 2. But i guess it will do for a month or so.
