Re: Canbus
Just fitted error free canbus bulb and get error warning 'CHECK REVERSE LAMP' is this just a nuisance thing or could it be harming the electrical system ?

Re: Canbus
Not sure if a permanent canbus error message will prevent further more important errors displaying. Does it only display in reverse?

Barry,
Go to Hellfrauds and buy this and see if it makes a difference - if it doesn't, take it back for a full refund.

My guess is that this will put enough voltage back across the CAN to remove the error message once and for all. It worked on one of our Land Rovers (you only have to sneeze in their general direction for them to throw a fault code!)

Re: Canbus
It seems any bulb upgrade needs to have the extra resistor to keep the warning off ...interior lights don't though as they are not on the fail bulb system..
