Usually average around 41-42 in my 1.4 N/A 75Hp
What consumption do you get on this average speed?
2017, 1.4 90hp, Opel

I get between 400-480 miles from a tank. 1.4N/A 90Hp.

So roughly 42 - 47 mpg.

Mostly motorway commute. 30 miles each way.

45mpg from about 60/40 motorway/city, 1.4 na cruising at 60mph

Although the most I got from a Single tank was 515miles which was over 50 mpg on an almost full motorway run in peak summer last year.

Update:

I took my car to Vauxhall for this problem and a couple of others and they told me there was absolutely nothing wrong. They had it for two full days and since coming back it is now getting between 375-400 miles per tank. Seems strange for the MPG increase but I’m happy it’s sorted.

That's very interesting, indeed. Did you get any sort of paperwork that documents what they've done? Sounds fishy to me... I've done a major service (including spark plugs - the engine sounded cleaner afterwards) on mine and changed the tyres to more fuel efficient once and did an alignment... Of course at another dealership... The one I bought it from couldn't care less... At the moment it looks like for the first time ever I might reach way over 300 miles per tank... Fingers crossed...

Can you give me more info on that? I was never notified about any recalls?

Thanks :)

I've kept an eye on mine since I got it in may this year.... Have done 5k with an average of 47.3mpg. That's with a mixture of fortnightly round trips (350miles) of mainly motorways and then daily stuff... Drives to train station etc.

The fortnightly trips are 50/50 motorways and a-roads and doing about 75 on the motorway and spritely a road driving I'm getting a great 53-55mpg.

This is in a 2015 1.4t LE... Well chuffed in a nutshell

I'm pretty sure my milage is so bad because I mostly do short trips in the city (30 mpg)... The engine is just getting warm when I park it... :/
Had much better milage when I add motorway trips to the mix (37 mpg)

I've been really pleased with fuel economy!

I've got the 1.4 (90bhp) model on a 68 plate (SE Nav Trim), I mostly do motorway miles (25 miles each way to work) but will often pop to the shops on my lunch which involves short drives sitting at traffic lights etc, some town driving etc.

From red with probably 10-20 miles showing, I put £30 petrol in and I've got 280 miles and it was still reading another 50-70 miles in the tank?

Basing that on petrol at £1.20 per litre, that's around 50mpg if my maths serves me correctly (for miles covered) so very pleased with that :)!!
